Data protection

The data protection declaration is legally protected and may not be copied or reused.

I respect your data!

I am pleased that you are interested in my website. The trust of all visitors and customers, the security of your data and the protection of your privacy is of central importance to me. Your personal data will therefore be treated by me in accordance with the applicable statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. Personal data is information that can be used to determine your identity, such as your real name, address or telephone number.

If you view and use my site without registering or otherwise expressly providing me with any information, I will process the data that is sent to me with each request from your browser (see “Log Data” below). If you expressly send me personal data (e.g. via our contact form), this is done exclusively for the purpose of the inquiry or the respective order. I would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet can never be completely protected against access by third parties.

In the following I would like to explain to you in more detail which data I process when and for what purpose. It explains how the services I offer work and how the protection of your personal data is guaranteed.

Legal basis for processing personal data

If we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR serves as the legal basis.

Article 6(1)(b) GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing of personal data required to fulfill a contract to which the data subject is a party. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures.

If processing of personal data is required to fulfill a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR serves as the legal basis.

In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. d GDPR serves as the legal basis.

If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of my company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the former interest, Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR serves as the legal basis for data processing.

Data Erasure and Storage Duration

The personal data of the person concerned will be deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Storage can also take place if this has been provided for by European or national laws or other regulations to which the person responsible is subject. The data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the regulations mentioned expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or fulfillment of a contract.

Your rights

You have a right to free information about the data we have stored about you and, if necessary, a right to correction, restriction of processing or deletion of this data. You also have the right to data portability. Finally, you also have the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.

I would also like to point out that you can object to the future processing of your personal data at any time in accordance with the legal requirements of Article 21 GDPR. The objection can be made in particular against processing for direct advertising purposes.

Provision of information

If you have any questions about the collection, processing or use of your personal data, for information, for the correction, blocking or deletion of data and to revoke any consent you may have given or to object to a specific use of data, please contact us using the following e-mail Address to me:

Email: sk@stefanklung.de

Amount of data transferred in each case

This data is transmitted to me automatically and cannot be assigned to you personally with a reasonable effort. The legal basis for the processing of this data is my legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, because this data processing is necessary for the operation and display of the website. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. In order to make visiting my website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device and that store certain information for exchange with our system. The legal basis for the processing of this data is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f GDPR. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e. after closing the browser (transient cookies). These include in particular session cookies. These store a unique identifier (session ID). This session ID can be used to assign various requests from your browser to a common session. This allows your end device to be recognized when you return to our website during a session. Session cookies are also deleted when you log out.

Other cookies remain on your end device for a specified period of time and enable us to recognize your browser or end device on your next visit (persistent cookies).

Google Adwords Remarketing / Google Tag Manager

We use Google Remarketing Tags. These are services provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter "Google"). Google uses cookies, which are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The IP address is then shortened by the last three digits by Google, so it is no longer possible to clearly assign the IP address. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required to do so by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, serve ads on websites across the internet. Third parties, including Google, use stored cookies to serve ads based on a user's previous visits to this website. Under no circumstances will Google associate your IP address with other Google data. You can object to the collection and storage of data at any time with effect for the future. You can opt out of Google's use of cookies by visiting the Google Ads Opt-out page. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent.

By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above. You can object to the collection and storage of data at any time with effect for the future. For more information about Google's terms, see   at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de  .

Our website uses the Google Tag Manager for the purpose of personalised, interest and location-based online advertising. The option to anonymize the IP addresses is controlled by Google Tag Manager via an internal setting that is not visible in the source of this page. This internal setting is set in such a way that the required anonymization of the IP addresses is achieved.

   Encryption by SSL

For security reasons, our website uses SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer). This protects transmitted data and cannot be read by third parties. You can recognize successful encryption by the fact that the protocol designation changes from "http://" to "https://" in the browser's status bar and that a closed padlock symbol is visible there.

    YouTube

Our website uses YouTube functions. When you visit my site, a connection to the YouTube servers is established only after you click on a video. The YouTube server is informed which of my pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you give YouTube the opportunity to assign your user behavior directly to your personal YouTube profile. You can avoid this by logging out of your YouTube account. The data collected by YouTube is transmitted to the USA, which according to the GDPR is considered a third country with an uncertain level of data protection. We have no knowledge of further processing and the duration of storage.

The legal basis for processing the data is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

For more information on how YouTube handles user data, see YouTube's privacy policy at:    https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy

This gives Google the information that our website was accessed via your IP address. Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation of our website. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If your browser does not support Google Web Fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.
